Getting sleep at night is very important for the overall physical, mental and emotional wellness of your body. To work with the pituitary gland and the Krebs cycle of the body ten pm is an ideal time to 'hit the hay'. But what if that brain won't shut down or sleep mode won't kick in? Or dinner is still flip flopping reminders back and forth? Here are some simple assistants for you. The best part is, they are all non narcotic and nourish your system rather than drug it. Nor will they cause the body to produce less of it's own hormones that it needs, such as what happens when one supplements with melatonin types of products. First on the list is Slumber. The herbs contained within help supply building block nutrients to bring the body down into that all important REM sleep. Without deep REM sleep your body doesn't truly rest, repair or restore. My recommendation is to take one+ per 75 lbs of body weight (so 120 lb person can take two) with water 20 to 30 minutes prior to bedtime.
