Here are some things you may want to consider.    I like to keep my body well nourished!!!  As my cells replicate healthier and healthier because they have all of the herbal goodness available to them it's extremely rare my hubby or I get sick even though we are close to and one into what is consider 'senior years'.  We also aren't on any medications, work out at the gym and eat (mostly!) quite healthy with lots of raw fruits and vegetables in the diet.   But Vitalerbs helps me make sure I don't have any gaps in my diet and truly is helping us to get stronger and stronger internally.  We take ours twice a day and have for years..... but if you are new to whole herb nutrition you may want to let your cells have access to it three times per day .
