Cinnamonmum camphora is another mood elevating essential oil and is useful for depression and the blues. I especially like how it goes down deep into tissue to help relax and relieve pain in muscular and joint areas. It is also antiseptic and is good for skin cleansing. Bug bites can be soothed and congestion from colds improved by putting a diluted dab on your chin and some diluted on your chest, in a vaporizer, steam bowl (read my book on people herbalism for how to do this safely). It has a very refreshing and invigorating smell to it. Because this is pure steam distilled medicinal grade oil you will need to dilute this before use. Do not use this oil with or around felines and keep these out of reach of children or those with mental challenges.
