Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) might be one of the herbs in my top ten list for overall nutrition and body benefit. I like it for its help to the body for an anti histamine response and gentle blood cleaning as well as many nutritive values including a great safe plant source of iron. Don't worry, as soon as the plants wilt there is no sting, so there is none of that left in this powder. This is a great herb to add to smoothies or creature water.
